Clubhouse and Grounds Rules
Shore Woods property owners and their registered occupants can login to the community communication platform to see all documents, make facility reservation requests, and stay up-to-date with everything happening in the community (top right).
Have a rental home? Once logged in, property owners may add tenants to their account by selecting Occupants from the drop down menu. Owners and tenants must complete and submit a Rental Registration Form and Tenant Agreement if leasing or renting a home in Shore Woods.
