The Shore Woods Architectural Control Committee (ACC) considers each proposal in the context of overall neighborhood impact, strongly encouraging compatibility between structures and the indigenous landscape. We are confident that you will find your Shore Woods neighbors share a collective interest in perpetuating the rural, wooded appearance of Shore Woods while maintaining a strong commitment to neighborhood community.
